In the creation of that Revokable Trust, I have con- veyed all of my real estate to myself, Colene M. Opp, as Trustee. The real estate conveyed to myself as Trustee is legally de- scribed as follows: the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quar- ter (NWI /SEl /); the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE %SWI /a); and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter ( SWI /4SE %) , all in Section Thirteen (13), Township Ten (10), North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; the North 60 acres of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E ZSW 4) and Lot Three ( 3 ) on the right bank of the North Channel of the Platte River, all in Section 'Twenty -four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; additional real estate set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. In the event of my death, or if I may resign as such trustee or if I am unable to act as such trustee, then Judy L. Cole, shall be the successor trustee. Any successor trustee shall have the same duties and powers as are assumed and conferred upon the named trustee. Dated this Lift day of 199 . Colene M.
