<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Roger L. Meyer, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about August 28, 1992,
<br />make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein
<br />said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Lot Twenty One (2 1) in Villa Mar Dee Subdivision, a Subdivision in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska located on all of Lot 12 of the Subdivision of Lot 9 and all of Lots 7 & 8
<br />in Windolph's Subdivision of part of the NE1 /4NW 1/4 and part of the
<br />NW 1 /4NEIA of Section 14, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Overland National Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed
<br />of Trust which was recorded on August 28, 1992, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 92- 107567.
<br />On or about August 28, 1992, Overland National Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded
<br />August 28, 1992, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 92- 107568.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance; together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
