Quackenbush, an unmarried person, as Trustor, did on or about August `\ <br />18, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust a <br />wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Waggener Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary of said <br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 20, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Instrument No. 97- 106759. <br />On or about August 18, 1997, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
