Connie L. Conner, an Unmarried Person, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of
<br />$82,500.00, the Lease dated March 1, 1975, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignors are the
<br />Lessees, pertaining to the following- described premises:
<br />Lot 11, having a lake front footage of 60 feet, situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake
<br />and being on a part of the E' /2SWY4 in Section 13, Township 11, Range 9 West of the 6t'' P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $82,500.00, with interest and according to the
<br />provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
