<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among TIMOTHY M.
<br />ROE AND SUSAN C. ROE, husband and wife, as Trustor, Central National Bank as Trustee and
<br />Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated June 21, 2001, and recorded on June 27, 2001, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds (County Clerk) in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument
<br />No. 0200106232 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17) IN BLOCK TWO (2) IN REPLAT OF RIVERSIDE ACRES, AN
