<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by R. Mark
<br />Sullivan and Karen L. Sullivan, Husband and Wife, to Union Bank & Trust Co., for the benefit of Union
<br />Loan, Inc. the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 9, 1998, and recorded on April 13, 1998 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument # 98- 103324, of Mortgages Book
<br />- -- on Page - -- has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
