<br />easement and right -of -way tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The Southerly twenty (20.0) feet of the Easterly twenty (20.0) feet of Lot
<br />One (1), Block Seventy Two (72), Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island.
<br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing 0.400 square
<br />feet, more or less, as shown on the plat dated 6/4/2003, marked Exhibit
