<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among WAYNE W
<br />BOCKMANN AND KAY E BOCKMANN, husband and wife, Trustor, and Bank of Doniphan, as
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, dated December 21, 1995, and recorded on December 26, 1995, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 95- 108801 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary, Bank of Doniphan, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
