<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 19, 1998 and recorded NOVEMBER 25, 1998 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT #
<br />98- 111606 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
