On April 17, 1941 Dorothea Charlotte Ella Kenna and William J. Kenna, wife and <br />husband conveyed Title to Roy E. Kranz and Marie C. Kranz, husband and wife <br />by Warranty Deed filed April 24, 1941 in the Register of Deeds Office in Book <br />81, Page 526. The Property was described as follows: The South Thirteen Feet <br />and Eight Inches (S- 13'8 ") of Lot One (1) and tlie North Thirty One feet (N -31) <br />in Lot Two (2) in Block One (1) in Hann's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. On June 20, 1996 Roy Joseph Kranz and Mary Kathleen Kranz, Co- personal <br />Representatives of the Estate of Marie C. Kranz, Deceased conveyed Title to Roy <br />Joseph Kranz and Mary Kathleen Kranz, husband and wife by Deed of <br />Distribution filed June 20, 1996 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. <br />96- 104810. The Property was described as The Southerly Thirteen and Seventy <br />Five Hundredths (13.75) feet of Lot One (1) and the Northerly Thirty One feet of <br />Lot Two in the Hann Addition of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
