SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br />Whereas, GREGORY L GEIS & SANDIE S GEIS
<br />Executed a Deed of Trust dated 03/12/99, in favor of
<br />INVESTORS TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY
<br />as Trustee, and said Deed of Trust was given to secure an
<br />indebtedness in favor of
<br />THE PROVIDENT BANK
<br />as Beneficiary, and said Deed of Trust was recorded 03/25/99
<br />as Document No. 99- 103078 , Book Page of
<br />Official Records of HALL County, State of Nebraska;
<br />LOT 12, AND ALL OF LOT 10, EXCEPT THE NORTH 7 FEET THEREOF,
<br />IN BLOCK 18, COLLEGE ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />and whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a
<br />new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said original Trustee, and
<br />said original trustee has been notified by mail. Therefore,
<br />the undersigned, as present Beneficiary, hereby substitutes
<br />CHARLES V. SEDERSTROM, JR. as Trustee ( "Substitute Trustee ")
<br />under said Deed of Trust. The undersigned hereby warrants that it
<br />has full right and authority to Substitute a Trustee either as
<br />original Beneficiary, as successor in interest to the original
<br />Beneficiary, or as attorney -in -fact under a duly executed power
<br />of attorney.
