RELEASE OF CONSTRUCTION LIEN

<br />claim, and other valuable consideration received, do hereby waive, relinquish and release
<br />the construction lien recorded as Instrument Number 200211436 of the Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska which covers the following described real property situated in said
<br />county, to -wit:
