DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated APRIL 28,
<br />2000, executed by GENE A. KNEHANS AND ROSETTA M. KNEHANS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as
<br />Trustor, for the benefit of CUNA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded MAY 02, 2000 as Instrument No. 0200003551, in Book No. - - -, at Page
<br />No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, CUNA MUTUAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION FKA CUNA MORTGAGE
<br />CORPORATION, has requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or
<br />person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
