Cronk & Lynn R. <br />Cronk, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document Nos. 93- 106367 and 93- 106366 at the Register <br />of Deeds office of Hall County dated July 28, 1993, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Five (5) Kenmare Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 18'" day of June, 2003. <br />E POrNrs '�� <br />x,4'•.92 <br />rry <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />V, 44—Ie'W <br />By: William W.
