That each of said Quitclaim Deeds contained a scrivener's <br />error in the legal description on Line 8 of the legal description <br />referring to a distance of 198.61; that said reference should have <br />read 198.8' in describing a Part of Lot Eleven (11) , in Stehr's <br />Subdivision, located upon a part of the West Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (W1 /2 SW1 /4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. That this Affidavit is made to correct said scrivener's <br />error in describing the distance from 198.61 to 198.81. <br />Further Affiant sayeth not. <br />Executed the day of June, 2003. <br />C <br />William A.
