<br />1. That he prepared the Quitclaim Deeds entered as Instrument
<br />Nos. 02. 00305818, 02. 00305819, 02 00305820, 02 00305821 and 02
<br />00305822, all in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />dated May 8, 2003.
<br />2. That each of said Quitclaim Deeds contained a scrivener's
<br />error in the legal description on Line 8 of the legal description
<br />referring to a distance of 198.61; that said reference should have
<br />read 198.8' in describing a Part of Lot Eleven (11) , in Stehr's
<br />Subdivision, located upon a part of the West Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (W1 /2 SW1 /4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. That this Affidavit is made to correct said scrivener's
<br />error in describing the distance from 198.61 to 198.81.
<br />Further Affiant sayeth not.
