<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />p Kevin A. Brostrom, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document
<br />#96- 100672, wherein Russell A. Homolka and Lori A. Homolka were the Grantors/Trustors
<br />and Gordon E. Dahlke and Mildred M. Dahlke were Beneficiaries, in performance of said
<br />trust and by virtue of the power and authority given to me in and by such instrument, and
<br />in consideration of payment of the debt in full, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />quitclaims and reconveys to Russell A. Homolka and Lori A. Homolka, husband and wife,
<br />Grantors, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes 76-
<br />201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Twenty -six (26) and Fractional Lots Twenty -seven (27)and Twenty -eight
<br />(28), in Fractional Block Four (4), Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, excepting a certain tract deeded to Burlington Northern Railroad
<br />Company more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 94- 104025 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />This Reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed
<br />recorded as Document #96- 100672 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 30, 1996.
<br />Executed this 13 day of June 2003.
