<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed Wf t ted by
<br />Leslie M. Schimmer and Karen J. Schimmer, husband & to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />Doniphan, Nebraska, Trustee for the benefit of of Doniphan the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated

<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument
<br />No.97- 102945 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested hi writing that this
<br />Partial Deed of Reconveyanco be executed and delivered as confirmed by Its endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, (lie undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all [lie interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
