Shipps and Brenda J. Shipps, husband and wife, <br />as Trustor, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of <br />an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt <br />payments as they became due.
