<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on
<br />January 3, 1994, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 94- 100048, executed by Kelly R. Shipps and Brenda J. Shipps, husband and wife,
<br />as Trustor, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of
<br />an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt
<br />payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default
<br />the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of June 17, 2003; be
<br />notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property
<br />affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), Goodwin Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
