Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; <br />and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature <br />of such breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments as they became due. You <br />are hereby notified -that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust <br />Deeds is accelerated as of June 17, 2003; be notified that because of such default the <br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the <br />obligations under the Trust Deeds; the trust property affected is as follows: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Thirty -Six (36), Original Town, now City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />DATED this 17th day of June, 2003. <br />EARL D.
