<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under-Trust Deeds filed for record on
<br />October 24, 1997 and February 20, 1998, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document Nos. 97- 108915 and 98- 101454, executed by Raymond
<br />Heimbuch and Bessie Heimbuch, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings
<br />Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee;
<br />and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature
<br />of such breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments as they became due. You
<br />are hereby notified -that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deeds is accelerated as of June 17, 2003; be notified that because of such default the
<br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deeds; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Thirty -Six (36), Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
