O <br />MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION <br />This Master Deed and Declaration, made by Kenneth Shuda, a single person, <br />Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife; and Tim C. Plate, a single <br />person; hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant ". i-7-- <br />ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND .NAME <br />The purpose of this Master Deed and Declaration is to submit land herein <br />described and improvements built thereon to the condominium form of ownership and <br />use in the manner provided by the Nebraska Condominium Act. Further, the purpose <br />is to set forth that additional units and real estate owned by others can be added by <br />an Addendum to this Master Deed and Declaration. The name by which this <br />condominium is to be identified is Westwood Park I Condominiums, a condominium. <br />The name of the association shall be Westwood Park I Condominium Unit Owners <br />Association, Inc., a non - profit corporation. <br />ARTICLE II. INVOLVED PROPERTY <br />The land owned by Kenneth Shuda, a single person, which is hereby submitted <br />to the condominium is described as follows: <br />Lot Eight (8), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS <br />The anticipated number of units to be created is forty -two (42). The number <br />of units to be created initially is two (2), and by the exercise of special declarant <br />rights, the right to create an additional forty (40) units subject to further amendment <br />of the Declaration to add more units and additional real estate owned by Rudolf F. <br />Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and Tim C. Plate, a single person. <br />ARTICLE IV. BOUNDARIES <br />The boundaries of each unit, including the unit's identifying number, are shown <br />on Exhibit "A" (plat and plan) as it pertains to Units Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) on <br />Lot Eight (8), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska.
