NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:

<br />County, Nebraska. Also known as 912 W 14th St.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated January 5, 2001, recorded in the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not
<br />herein reconveyed.

<br />N. Shriner, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0200100274, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska dated January 11, 2001, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
