<br />Bank of Silver Creek, Trustee, and Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and recorded February 6,
<br />2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200201670 of the
<br />mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;

<br />parallel with the Northerly Line of said Lot Eight (8), as Originally Platted a distance of 80 feet to the
<br />Easterly Line of Cedar Street as the Actual Point of beginning: thence Easterly parallel with the Northerly
<br />Line of Said Lot Eight (8) a distance of 58 feet, thence Southerly parallel with the East Line of said Cedar
<br />Street a distance of 60.55 feet, thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly Line of said Lot Eight (8) as
