<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2002, executed by Hehnson, LLC, a limited
<br />liability company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary
<br />and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument #200301424, at the Register of Deeds
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska dated February 5, 2003, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) in Timberlige Subdivision, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2002, recorded as
<br />Instrument #200301424 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force
<br />and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
