200307584 EXHIBIT "A" A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEI /4) of Section Two (2), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), said point being Seven Hundred Fifty Six and Sixty Nine Hundredths (756.69) feet south of the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NEI /4); thence running southerly, along and upon the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NEI /4), a distance of Three Hundred Seventy Two (372.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' 00" and running westerly, a distance of Five Hundred Twenty Six (526.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' 00" and running northerly, parallel with the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NEi /4), a distance of One Thousand Fifty Five and Seventy Two Hundredths (1,055.72) feet to a point on a curve, said curve being the westerly right of way line of 90th Road as described in Warranty Deed 99- 107604, Hall County Register of Deeds Office; thence running southeasterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 723.94 feet, said curve also being the westerly right of way line of 90th Road, a distance of Eight Hundred Ninety Four and Seventy Two Hundredths (894.72) feet (long chord = 838.85' - long chord deflecting right 144° 35' 39" from the previous described course) to a point of tangency, said point being Forty (40.0) feet west of (measured perpendicular to) the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4); thence deflecting left 54° 35' 39" from the chord of the previously described curve and running easterly, along and upon the south line of said 90th Road right of way described in said Warranty Deed 99- 107604 and its easterly prolongation, and also being perpendicular to the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), a distance of Forty (40.0) feet to the point of beginning.
