BUTCHER Loan Number: 061 -03- 0002657 <br />2318 STARDUST LANE Date: 05/08/2003 <br />GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803 <br />Subject Property Address: <br />2318 STARDUST LANE <br />GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803 <br />This Prepayment Rider is made this 8TH day of MAY , 2003 and is incorporated into <br />and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") <br />of the same date given by the undersigned (the "Borrower ") to secure Borrower's Note to CORINTHIAN MORTGAGE <br />CORPORATION DBA SOUTHBANC MORTGAGE of the same date and covering the Property described in the Security <br />Instrument and located at: 2318 STARDUST LANE GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA 68803 <br />PREPAYMENT COVENANTS. In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security Instrument, <br />Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: <br />After THREE(3) full years from the date hereof, maker may prepay in whole or in part, without penalty, the then <br />outstanding principal balance. In the event maker prepays an amount in excess of one- third(1 /3) of the outstanding <br />principal balance and accrued interest during the first THREE(3) years from the date hereof, maker shall pay in addition to <br />such prepayment a penalty in an amount equal to a percentage of the principal portion of the amount so pre -paid in <br />accordance with the following: <br />If paid during the first year from the date hereof, TWO percent(2 %) <br />of the portion of such prepayment equal to the principal <br />amount so prepaid. <br />If paid during the second year from the date hereof, TWO percent(2 %) <br />of the portion of such prepayment equal to the principal <br />amount so prepaid. <br />If paid during the third year from the date hereof, TWO percent(2 %) <br />of the portion of such prepayment equal to the principal <br />amount so prepaid. <br />Holder shall apply any prepayment first to reduce any interest and charges owing at the time of such prepayment and then <br />to reduce the amount of principal owed under this Rider, provided that such balance shall be applied to the principal in <br />reverse order of the due date of each payment and shall not otherwise affect or delay the due date of the next payment <br />under the Rider. <br />BY SIGNING BELOW, Borrower accepts and agrees to the terms and provisions contained in this Prepayment Rider. <br />x <br />BERNHARD H.
