<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />This instrument, made this 3 day of June, 2003, between Eric 11. Lindquist, a member of
<br />the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor ", pursuant to a
<br />power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded on February 2, 1996 as Instrument
<br />No. 96- 100791 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, hereinafter called "Grantee ":
<br />WHEREAS, on March 3, 2003, Eric H. Lindquist, as Successor Trustee, executed a Notice
<br />of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Chris Lynn Fielden and Kenda Cook Fielden,
<br />husband and wife, Trustors, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded on February 2, 1996 as
<br />lirstrument No. 96- 100791 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as:
<br />TIIE EAST 60 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 129, KOENIG AND WIEBE'S
<br />ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, IIALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy
<br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on March 7, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200302735 of the Miscellaneous
<br />Records of said County.
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on April 16, 2003, Grantor caused to be published in the
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, a Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating
<br />that the described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified
<br />or cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, I" & Locust Street,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, at 2:00 p.m. on May 28, 2003. Publication of such notice was made for
<br />five consecutive weeks on April 16, 2003, April 23, 2003, April 30, 2003, May 7, 2003 and May
<br />14, 2003, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to
<br />the date of sale.
<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties
<br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008
<br />F.F.S. Nebraska.
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John B. McDermott, attorney for Eric H.
<br />Lindquist, Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale,
<br />offer said property for sale at public auction, and did sell the same to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage,
<br />Inc. fk/a Norwcst Mortgage, Inc. for the sum of $88,539.48, it being the highest bidder therefor.
<br />Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. flk/a Norwest Mortgage, Inc. has assigned all of its right, title,
<br />and interest in and to such bid to Grantee.
