<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:

<br />the Center Line of the Driveway Now on said premises) of
<br />Fractional Lot 3, Block 22, Nagy's Addition, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and its complement
<br />being that part of an irregular parcel of ground situated
<br />in that part of the Southwest a Southwest a of Section
<br />10, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, known as Nagy's Reserve, which also
<br />lies East of the Center Line of the driveway.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated November 16, 1999, and recorded on December
<br />7, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 99- 111628 wherein Juan Ramon Aguilar and
<br />Nicole M. Aguilar are named Trustors; and Mountain West Financial
<br />Inc., A California Corporation is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $33,975.00 and interest thereon according to
