DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed `SO
<br />of Trust dated NOVEMBER 15, 2001, executed by MARC J. HOCK AND LORI HOCK,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of PINNACLE BANK, which Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded NOVEMBER 26, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200112057, in Book No.
<br />- - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST
<br />TO HOMESIDE LENDING INC BY OPERATION OF LAW, has requested a reconveyance of the
<br />trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
