TRUSTEE'S DEED

<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Eleven (11), in Packer and Barr's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; A.P.N. #400069539
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated December 11, 2001, and recorded on December
<br />18, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200113039 wherein Christina L.
<br />Markvicka and Brian N. Markvicka, wife and husband are named
<br />Trustors; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary;
<br />and First American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee,
<br />wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust
<br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $40,528.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Washington
<br />Mutual Home Loans, Inc. by an Assignment dated December 12, 2001
<br />and recorded on December 18, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200113040 in
