<br />Maxine N. Nunnenkamp, Deceased, GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE
<br />HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($120,000.00) received from
<br />GRANTEE, Buck's Rentals, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, conveys to
<br />GRANTEE the following described real estate as defined in Section
<br />76 -201 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1996, situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Block One (1)
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Tucker's Addition, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Ordinance No. 1306 recorded
<br />in Book P, Page 574; a tract of land more particulary
<br />described in Return of Appraisers recorded in Book 22,
<br />Page 9 and a tract of land more particularly describe
<br />in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 165, Page 17,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey the real estate to GRANTEE.
