The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by CRAIG HARDERS and

<br />Trustee, and MARJORIE L. HELM PETERSON and ROY PETERSON, wife and husband, as

<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
