(MD), <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 30, 2001 in Instrument <br />No. 0200103759, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on August 1, 2002 through June 1, 2003, together <br />with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to <br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and <br />has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said <br />obligation. <br />`0� <br />Dated this day of June, 2003. <br />ael F.
