<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among TIMOTHY E TABER
<br />JR. AND MONICA L TABER, husband and wife, Trustor, and Bank of Doniphan, as Trustee and
<br />Beneficiary, dated August 26, 2002, and recorded on August 28, 2002, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2002 -09012 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
