KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the Trust Deed executed among, Harry T. Bulow and Ila Mae Bulow, Husband and Wife,
<br />( "Trustor ") and Hastings State Bank, ( "Trustee "), for the benefit of Hastings State Bank,
