Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by CYNTHIA

<br />Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 99- 100167, and has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
