<br />This is to certify that there is pending in the County Court
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, a proceeding "entitled Estate of Anita
<br />J. Cory, Deceased, Estate No. PR03 -93, in which the following
<br />described real estate is involved:
<br />1. The West forty (40) feet of Lot Two (2),
<br />and the East Twenty -six (26) feet of Lot
<br />Three (3), of Block Thirty -two (32), Charles
<br />Wasmer's Addition and Charles Wasmer's Second
<br />Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />less and excepting therefrom the following
<br />described real estate: A tract of land comprising
<br />a part of Lot Two (2), Block Thirty -two (32),
<br />Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot One (1),
<br />Block Thirty -two (32); thence running Southwesterly
<br />along the Southerly line of Lots One (1) and Two (2),
<br />Block Thirty -two (32), a distance of Sixty -Four and
<br />Ninety One Hundredths (64.91) feet, to the ACTUAL
<br />point of beginning; thence continuing Southwesterly
<br />along the last described course, a distance of One and
<br />Twenty -Nine Hundredths (1.29) feet; thence running
<br />Northwesterly parallel with the Easterly line of Lot
<br />One (1), Block Thirty -two (32), a distance of One
