<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot 5 in Block 68, of Wheeler and Bennett's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated June 8, 1998, and recorded on June 11, 1998,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 105599 wherein Efrain A. Garcia, an unmarried man
<br />and Sandro E. Velasco, an unmarried man are named Trustors; and
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $64,110.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet
<br />Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated June 8, 1998 and recorded on
<br />June 11, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 105600 in the Office of the
