Garcia, an unmarried man <br />and Sandro E. Velasco, an unmarried man are named Trustors; and <br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First <br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor <br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein <br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other <br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the <br />principal amount of $64,110.00 and interest thereon according to <br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of <br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet <br />Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated June 8, 1998 and recorded on <br />June 11, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 105600 in the Office of the <br />STEFFI A.
