<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated September 6, 2002, and filed
<br />September 6, 2002, as Instrument Number 0200209401, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming
<br />The Meadows Apartment Homes, L.L.C. as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association., as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank
<br />National Association, as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed
<br />by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real
<br />estate, to wit:
<br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND THREE (3) OF NEUBERT SUBDIVISON, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA. PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2652, 2656 & 2660 CARLETON, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
