<br />as Instrument Number 98- 106691, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming The Meadows Apartment
<br />Homes, L.L.C. as Assignor, in consideration of performance in full by said Assignor of all obligations imposed by said
<br />Assignment and the note secured thereby, does hereby satisfy to said Assignor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />LOT SIXTEEN (16), SEVENTEEN (17), EIGHTEEN (18), BOSSELMAN SECOND SUBDIVISON TO CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />THE REAL PROPERTY OR ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2612, 2624, 2636 NORTH CARLETON AVE,

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Assignment.
