<br />as Instrument Number 98- 106690, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming The Meadows Apartment
<br />Homes, L.L.C. as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association., as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association, as
<br />original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and
<br />the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />LOT SIXTEEN (16), SEVENTEEN (17), EIGHTEEN (18), BOSSELMAN SECOND SUBDIVISON TO CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA THE REAL PROPERTY OR ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2612,
<br />2624, 2636 NORTH CARLETON AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68802
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
