<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Keith E. Dibbern and Shirlee J. Dibbem, Husband and Wife
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 31,

<br />Instrument No. 0200205814, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
