<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Ricardo Appel and Tonya Rae Appel, Husband and Wife
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated January 29,
<br />1999, and recorded February 4, 1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 101313, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT ONE (1) EXCEPT THE EAST 260 FEET THEREOF, AMERICAN LEGION ADDITION, CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />LOT TWO (2), IN AMERICAN LEGION ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN
<br />WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 96-107864
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
