TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

<br />WHEREAS: COHAGEN TRANSFER & STORAGE CO., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION,
<br />Trustor, executed and delivered that Deed of Trust to First National
<br />Bank, North Platte, Trustee, for the benefit of First National Bank,
<br />North Platte, the Beneficiary named therein, which Deed of Trust was
<br />dated the 20th Day of NOVEMBER, 1998, and recorded the 7TH Day of
<br />DECEMBER, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY,
<br />Nebraska, in INSTRUMENT #98- 111999 thereof, and wherein said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of note paid in full and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto that part of the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT 6 AND THE N1 /2 OF LOT 7, MEHRING AND GIESENHAGEN SECOND SUBDIVISION,
<br />A REPLAT OF LOT 2 IN MEHRING AND GIESENHAGEN SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
