<br />AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law and a member of the Nebraska Bar
<br />Association, whose address is PO Box 790, Grand Island, NE 68802-
<br />0790, Trustee, for the benefit of Louis Jankovitz, whose address is
<br />10090 W Capital Ave, Wood River, NE 68883, Beneficiary, dated
<br />11/1/96 and recorded on 11/4/96 and recorded as Document No. 96-
<br />108698 of the record of Hall County, Nebraska, which was assigned
<br />to Citizens Bank & Trust Co. of 721 7`h St., St. Paul, NE by
<br />assignment dated 11/1/96 and recorded on 11/27/96 and recorded as
<br />Document No. 96- 109306 of the record of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76 -201):
<br />Lot Five (5) and the westerly Twenty -Two feet of Lot Six (6),
<br />Block Twenty -Nine (29), in the Original Town, now the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises.
