<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200306140 of the Lien Records of IIall
<br />County. In such claim of lien, lien holder gave notice of his lien on
<br />Riverbend Apartments, Lots 3 and 4 of Pedcor Subdivision an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska to Pedcor
<br />Investments of 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 900, Indianapolis,
<br />Indiana 46240, for delivery of concrete to the Riverbend Apartment
<br />project on such property.

<br />satisfied the indebtedness described in the above- ientioned claim of
<br />lien. Therefore, in consideration of such payment, Brad Sallinger of

<br />Redi -Mix releases the above - mentioned claim of lien against the
<br />property of Pedcor Investments and consents that the saine be
<br />discharged of record. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §52- 154(a), lien
<br />holder authorizes and directs the Registrar of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska to discharge the record of the above - described lien.
