<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among MARGARET A
<br />LINDGREN AND LOWELL D LINDGREN, wife and husband, Truster, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated November 16, 2001 and recorded on
<br />November 16, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 2001 -11755 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reeonveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT THIRTY -ONE (31) IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN BRENTWOOD SUBDIVISION IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among MARGARET A
