<br />Moul, Husband and Wife; to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANP, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 12, 1999 and recorded January 25, 1999 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #99- 100888 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as I rustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and recorwey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
