<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 14, 2002, executed by B C M, Inc, a Nebraska
<br />Corporatione , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200205354 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of May, 2002.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />PARCEL 4: LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK NINETEEN (19), IN BAKER'S ADDITON TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
