You are hereby notified that Eric N. Rayburn, a single person,
<br />as Grantor, did on or about September 10, 2001, make, execute and
<br />deliver unto NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union a Deed of Trust wherein
<br />said Grantors conveyed the following described real property:
<br />Lot 2, Denman Farm Subdivision, Center township, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which Grantors obtained from
<br />NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust,
<br />which was recorded on October 18, 2002, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />0200211280.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of
<br />an obligation of the Grantor for which the trust property was
<br />conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Grantor has failed to pay
<br />the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to
<br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest
<br />thereon, at once due and payable and the Trustee has elected to
<br />sell or cause to be sold the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust to satisfy said obligation.
