NOTICE that The Nature Conservancy, a non -profit corporation of the <br />District of Columbia, in accordance with Nebraska Code Section 76 -209, hereby files this notice <br />in order to preserve its claim of interest in land. <br />The Nature Conservancy, by deed dated December 19, 1979 and recorded on December <br />26, 1979, as Document No. 79- 008282, in the Hall County Record of Deeds, conveyed to The <br />Platte River Whooping Crane Habitat Maintenance Trust the following property: <br />Parcel I: Lot One (1) in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Four (4), and Lot <br />Four (4) on Island in Section Five (5), all being in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6`h P.M.; also Lot Six (6), Seven (7? Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), <br />and Thirteen (13) on Island in Section Thirty Three (33).
